Overview
Extending both your theoretical and practical skills in mechatronics, this course is ideal for those wanting to develop a career in engineering, or to progress to higher apprenticeships or University.
You will cover topics such as maintenance, installation and repair requirements, fault detection and diagnosis, isolation and resolution methods, and communication for maintenance. You will then put all your theory into practice with a work placement.

Benefits and skills
T Levels are new courses which will follow GCSEs and will be equivalent to three A Levels. These two-year courses have been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares learners for work. You will benefit from a min of 45 days work placement
This course is ideal for those wanting to specialise in Mechatronic.
Entry requirements
A range of GCSEs with 5 at min grade 4 including Maths & English at min grade 6
