Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course, but you should have a passion and enthusiasm for cake decorating. A good level of spoken and written English and Mathematics is required.
Available apprenticeships and progression options
Level 2 in cake decoration.

Paper based portfolio, refective journal, Practical assessment.
