The apprentice chef will work closely with our kitchen team supporting with the delivery of the full range of our activities. This will vary from fine dining and event based catering, through to butchery, food preservation, wild food foraging, preparation of ready meals and café work.

Overview

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
